Lindsay Detsky is an educator, social justice activist, and volunteer working to close the gaps of inequity in our society. She is currently completing her Masters of Social Work at Wurzweiler. Before pursuing Social Work, Lindsay was an elementary school teacher with a focus on technology integration. She is the co-founder of a grassroots organization #one2give, which supports shelters and inner city schools throughout the GTA. Lindsay is a Project Give Back and Roots of Empathy instructor.
The Project Give Back Program
If we give children the proper tools and guidance, they can achieve the impossible. Project Give Back is a passion based program designed for elementary students to develop empathy, build character, and ignite community minded citizens.
